Hello My Tribe,

I always heard that Higher Power tries to get out attention by first whispering in the wind, then tossing a pebble, throwing a rock, rolling a boulder, and then moving a mountain. I recently had a HUGE mountain move in my life. Everything I have ever learned in and out of these rooms came into play and I have to tell you that I am amazed at how it all turned out.

In the Big Book, it talks about creating your own Higher Power. I had been trying for years to narrow down or define what “Higher Power’ meant to me. After this last bit of drama, HP blew my mind. I understood how big HP really is. The Higher Power of my understanding was bigger than the Universe!

I decided that it takes more that God to direct my path. God sits at the head of the Board of Directors and within that Board is a committee named Rebecca. On that committee sits the Universe, spirit, angels, Grandma Georgie, ancestors, and an infinite number of other beings that I have no idea what or who they are, but they all report to the God of my understanding.

I can trace miracles back to months before the crap rained down on me. I opened my mouth and asked for help. My TRIBE showed up. The tribe that took me years to nurture, create, and have blessed with.

All I am saying that in my experience… I am grateful I opened mouth and ask for help from EVERYONE includig the God of MY understanding.
